The daily inspection of powder hydraulic press has the following aspects:

(1) the oil quantity and temperature in the tank. To observe the tank level meter, the liquid level in the tank should always keep the normal level. Otherwise, it should be supplemented in time. The added oil brand name must be the same as the system's oil brand name, and it should be tested. The supplementary oil should be filtered. The filtration accuracy is not less than the system precision requirement.

(2) oil leakage at various sealing parts and pipe joints. The leakage phenomenon of hydraulic system under working condition is inevitable and common. Leakage caused the system pressure to reduce, leading to the instability of the speed of the actuator, waste oil, energy consumption, reduce efficiency, oil temperature rise, pollution environment, cause the fire hazard. The leakage of the system often occurs at the fixed seal and the movement seal. The cause of leakage usually is damage, aging, damage, or screw loosening (caused by pipeline vibration), which should be repaired in time. Leakage in non working state is not allowed.

(3) whether the screws of the pressure regulating valve and other pressure valves are loose. The loosening of the pressure regulating screw of the overflow valve will result in the working pressure of the system not reaching the predetermined value or the working pressure can not be built up, and the system can not work normally. The loosening of the adjusting valve of the pressure reducing valve will make the outlet pressure less than the predetermined value, so that the decompression circuit can not work normally.
